SparklePro Cleaning Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing operations in Kuala Lumpur. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of professional cleaners, managing daily schedules, maintaining service quality, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

You will work closely with management to plan and execute cleaning assignments across residential homes, office spaces, and commercial facilities. Your ability to train and motivate staff, communicate clearly with clients, and proactively solve problems will play a key role in upholding our company's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities for multiple teams

Conduct site inspections to ensure high service standards

Train new staff and monitor performance of existing cleaners

Prepare and manage cleaning schedules and job assignments

Handle client feedback and resolve service-related issues

Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and order stock as needed

Prepare shift reports and communicate with management regularly

Ideal Candidate Should Have:
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in cleaning or facilities management

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safe usage

Flexibility to work weekends or evenings if required

Own transportation is a plus
